On December 13, 2018, PILMA held an event releasing the results of a study quantifying union construction jobs in the biopharmaceutical industry for the state of Illinois. Held at the Chicago Laborers’ District Council in Burr Ridge, the event featured remarks from IL AFL-CIO President Michael Carrigan, PILMA Executive Director Tim Dickson, IBEW Local 134 Business Manager Don Finn, and Novartis State Government Affairs Director Kurt Anderson.
